What We Do

We communicate the message of the Bible in an accurate, clear, and practical way.

What We See

We see people grow through reading, understanding, and applying God's message.

What Defines and Drives us

We are committed to explaining the Bible…

• Accurately so believers know God’s message.
• Clearly so believers understand God's message.
• Practically so believers live God’s message.

Statements of Faith

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the word of God. Using human authors and their individual styles, the Holy Spirit guided the selection of the materials and their words in writing. He preserved the authors from all errors. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:21).

God

We believe that there is but one living and true God. He knows everything. He is holy, and he is all-powerful. He does not change, and he is everywhere present. He is one being, eternally existing in three Persons- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person is equal in power, deserving worship and obedience. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)

Man

We believe man was formed directly by the hand of God with nothing or no one in between. He created man in His image and likeness. He was created good and upright. However, man chose to sin against God and fell from his sinless state. As a result, all persons are sinners at the moment when life begins. Their willful act of sin is evidence of this. Therefore, they are subject to eternal punishment under the just condemnation of a holy God (Genesis 1:26,27; Genesis 3:6; Romans 5:12-19). (Genesis 1:26,27; Genesis 3:6; Romans 5:12-19).

Salvation

We believe Jesus Christ died for man. To those who accept by faith that his death is the only way to be saved from the wrath of God, He forgives us and accepts us as his children. Evidence of our salvation is our life of holiness and the Holy Spirit living in us (Romans 10:13-15; Ephesians 1:7; 2:8; Romans 8:16; Ephesians 4:24; Titus 2:12; John 1:12).

Church

We believe the church is a group of believers who belong to the body of Christ through personal faith in Jesus Christ. Its mission is to witness Jesus Christ preaching the gospel among all nations. Its beliefs and practices are based on the Word of God (Acts 2:41; 15:13-17; Ephesians 1:3-6; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Matthew 28:19-20; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18).

 Angels

We believe Satan is a created angel, and God sent judgment on him because he sinned against God. He took many angels with him and brought sin into the human race by tempting Eve to sin. He is the enemy of God and man, who has been defeated through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Genesis 3:1-15).

We believe God created angels, and they are not to be worshiped. Although they are a higher order of creation than man, they are created to serve God and worship Him (Luke 2:9-14; Hebrews 1:6-7, 14; 2:6-7; Revelation 5:11-14; 19:10; 22:9).

Last Things

We believe that the saved souls will go immediately in the presence of God at death, and all unsaved souls are kept under punishment until they appear at the Great White Throne Judgment. After which, they will be cast into hell, the lake of fire cut off from the life of God forever.

We believe the Lord Jesus Christ will return in His resurrected body. At which time, He will take all saved souls to heaven before the seven-year tribulation to reward believers according to their works.

We believe that after the Lord Jesus Christ takes all saved souls to heaven, the judgment of God will be poured out upon the world for seven years. After that, Christ will return in glory to the earth with all believers, and He will judge the living.

We believe Christ will set up His kingdom on earth for 1,000 years immediately after the seven-year tribulation. After this reign, the Lord will overthrow the Antichrist, the False Prophet, and Satan.

We believe that Christ, the Judge of all men, will resurrect and judge the great and small at the Great White Throne Judgment.

We believe the saved will enter the eternal state of glory with God.
